BTMS (UK) Ltd is a long established garage equipment supplier based near Grantham in Lincolnshire, supplying and servicing tyre changing equipment all around the UK.

We are looking for an experienced Service Controller to manage a team of field based engineers along with call handling / scheduling of breakdowns and services.

Duties would include:

  • Manage call volumes, & call handling
  • To take customer calls and log repair notifications.
  • Using Protean job management software at all stages and inputting accurate job information.
  • Planning all jobs to maximise engineer productivity.
  • Ensure all service records are received from the appropriate field service engineer and are accurate.
  • Scheduling field based engineers daily workload
  • Scheduling monthly servicing
  • Obtaining Purchase order numbers from customers.
  • Organising spare parts for delivery to customer sites for field engineer’s attendance
  • Preparing quotes.
  • Supervising other team members.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility, able to meet deadlines and follow up on tasks, professional attitude and presentable.
  • Capability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Committed to delivering high standards of customer service.
  • Experience in service departments, and service administration essential.
  • Please only apply if you can demonstrate experience in a service controller role previously.
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm

Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays
