We are looking for engineers in the Luton area, London area south east of England, Scotland & South West.

About the Role:
In this role, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ workshops run smoothly. You’ll travel to large-scale commercial and car workshops within your designated region, working on a variety of equipment like car/van/HGV lifts, MOT testing systems, air compressors, wheel alignment equipment and more. As a valued member of our team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Routine maintenance, installation, diagnostics, and repair of diverse garage equipment.
• Completing accurate paperwork and adhering to our quality standards.
• Maintaining a safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
• Managing your van stock and providing suggestions to achieve first-time fix goals.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Continuously developing your skills to ensure top-quality work.
• Occasionally travelling overnight and working overtime when required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a field service environment (install is bonus)
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment (garage equipment preferred).
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards.
• A passion for customer service and a “can-do” attitude.
• Strong communication skills to build positive relationships.
• Familiarity with your region’s geography is a plus.
• A full UK driving license is mandatory.
