The brand’s existing dealership is set to move to a new site around 3 miles away during 2022, which will offer state-of-the-art facilities for its sales, servicing, MOT and repairs teams, accommodating an increased move to electric vehicles in the coming years and enhancing operational performance and working areas for workshop personnel.
Garage equipment installation for Volvo Cars Shrewsbury dealership, Shropshire
Work is now well underway at the new site, creating fantastic new dealership and servicing spaces for the brand’s regional customer base. Having planned the garage equipment installation with CCS Garage Equipment at the outset of the project, the builder has completed the initial structure of the workshop and formed vehicle lift recesses.
CCS’ garage equipment installation team will be on site shortly to commence the workshop’s equipment fit-out. Our specification for this project includes:- Installation of 7 vehicle lifts in dedicated service bays
- 1 dedicated MOT bay
- Oil monitoring system
- Fume extraction
- Fresh & waste oil system
- Compressed air system
Work is expected to complete during summer 2022, with the workshop finished to an industry-leading standard by our installation team.
