A Thurrock-based commercial vehicle repairer is set to benefit from increased workshop productivity after investing in a new set of Totalkare mobile column lifts and a mobile brake tester.ASM Truck Diagnostics, which specialises in the repair and maintenance of HGVs, vans and specialist waste and recycling vehicles, has increased its vehicle maintenance capabilities at its workshop in Grays, Essex, in order to meet increased demand.Having previously installed a set of mobile column lifts from Totalkare in 2017, the repairer has added a brand new set of four T8DC mobile column lifts and a mobile brake tester, while also investing in online training from the heavy-duty workshop equipment specialists.With a safe working load capacity of 7,500kg per column, the cable-free T8DC is a versatile vehicle lifting solution that can be used in combinations of four, six or eight columns.  In addition, it features adjustable forks to accommodate a variety of wheel diameters.The fully mobile brake tester can test up to 16,000kg per axle.
