JTR Finance is led by James Radford, who spent over 30 years at Totalkare, where he served as Sales Director and Shareholder until the end of 2022. Having worked closely with manufacturers, distributors and workshops throughout his career, James has a deep understanding of the challenges of selling capital equipment and the importance of offering finance as part of the sales process.
Our aim is simple: to make finance a powerful sales tool rather than an obstacle. We work alongside sales teams to secure fast approvals, provide clear communication and ensure transactions progress smoothly from quotation through to installation. By removing delays and simplifying the finance process, we help suppliers convert more quotations into orders while enabling customers to invest in the equipment they need.
In addition to arranging finance, JTR Finance offers a dedicated Sales Training Academy, drawing on more than three decades of industry sales experience. Designed specifically for garage equipment businesses, the academy helps sales teams confidently introduce finance at the point of sale, improve conversion rates, increase unit sales and enhance profit margins.
