Thanks to the team at North West Trucks for sharing their time-lapse video for the brand’s new Warrington depot, featuring installation of new commercial vehicle inspection pits in this state-of-the-art 9-bay commercial vehicle workshop which will deliver comprehensive aftersales repair, servicing and maintenance for DAF Trucks customers and regional operators of all makes of truck, van and tail lift.
1. North West Trucks’ new Warrington depot is now fully operational, with 9 servicing bays equipped with vehicle inspection pits for servicing, repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles, vans, trucks and tail lifts.
2. Prefabricated commercial vehicle inspection pits in situ, featuring integrated lighting, galvanised steps, hand rails, waste oil drainage, pit jacks and finished with safety markings as part of our epoxy floor paint design.
3. Vehicle inspection pits are bespoke-specified by CCS Garage Equipment according to our clients’ workshop operations. Pits for North West Trucks include integrated lighting to aid technicians during a job, and galvanised anti-slip steel steps to enhance operational safety.
4. Samoa waste oil drainers used in each vehicle inspection pit ensure oils are safely collected. Each unit offers good capacity, with discharge through pneumatic piston pumps and 1.5m hoses.
5. Throughout the workshop, Samoa lubrication hoses and reels ensure essential fluids are distributed safely and on demand. Single arm hose reels, designed with hard-wearing steel springs, offer reliable dispatch of lubricants, and may also be used for other fluids such as water, antifreeze or ADBlue(R).

North West Trucks appointed CCS Garage Equipment to deliver this extensive commercial workshop for trucks, vans and tail lifts from the ground up. Installation on site was managed by our dedicated project manager, with works which included groundworks, preparation for inspection pits and utilities installation. All equipment was inspected, tested and the client’s technician team trained in the workshop’s safe use and operation prior to final commission.
