We are looking for an office based Engineering Manager/ Team Leader for V-Tech Group Ltd:

Key points below and required:

Primarily an office-based role with occasional requirement for field visits (offices in Essex and Hertfordshire)

Supporting field engineers from a technical point of view

Assisting service advisors with technical queries and customer support

Providing training to field engineers

Assisting sales team with site surveys when needed

Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations

Identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes

Increasing and maintaining standards of engineering

Explore areas of revenue generation from the service team

Preferable to be from a Garage Equipment background with knowledge of Vehicle Lifts & Brake Testers
